what a complete farce a hung parliament no one has an overall majority to form a government, so the party that finished third (liberal democrats) are now in a position to be king makers. they have just done a deal with the Conservatives, to form a coalition but only with strings attached that suit them. the country didn't vote for them to form a government but we get them anyway. it has taken a week to get the deal done. once they fall out in a year or so we will be faced with another general election.

Muc's instincts are correct (as is often the case). Here's why: www.lewrockwell.com/bryan/bryan13.1.html "In England, for example, a Liberal Democrat can blame both the Conservative Party and the Labour Party for the state’s abuses. The idea that robbery, aggression and abuse might be inherent in the state itself becomes ever more distant. "

Well in this case i have to say that I havn,t been a followin' that Uk stuff too much. Many years ago in the late 70,s and thru the 80,s I was more into following it as my family did alot of business in the UK and also what was then West Germany.Don,t know much about it but I know that Brown is out and Cameron is in.. ..Can you (or anyone) explain to me how this will effect us in the USA??..I,m glad to see that the Euro is going south. From my 20 years experience in semiconductor distribution I know this might hurt American exporters but I want the Dollar to be the main world currency....Never liked that fucking Euro..I hope it disappears..Gar Damn!!

Spain and Portugal could be next. i don't think the Euro will disappear there are too many countries using it 16 at last count and France and Germany the main players.

yes everyone blames eveyone else here too. I think your point is well taken..Our economic system, in the appearance of political parties and "free elections" is in reality owned by a plutocracy which every few years legitimizes itself by affording us a "choice" In reality the system never changes..By maintaining the illusion that that working classes actually have a choice, the rich and powerful maintain the loyalty of the masses. This deception, the belief that we actually have a choice, has so far succeeded in keeping the people under control.. There are far too many issues to get into now regarding how we are diverted from the truth..Those in power must remain in power and will use any means to preserve the status quo...By dumbing down the masses through the use of time tested worn out slogans about patriotism and "fear of the other" the "pigs" have succeeded beyond their widest expectations. The fact that the working class(the majority) has been rendered to the edges of poverty is of little concern to those in power..Just give them a flag to wave and someone to bomb and let the sons and daughters of the poor die in overseas wars...Yes, nothing like THIS ever changes,...
